What is typically Bavarian? Roast pork with dumplings and cabbage? Perhaps. But above all, it's the type of dishes and the surroundings that make the difference: regional products, carefully prepared by hand with a natural emphasis on freshness and a love for it all. Our menu is varied and 'just' because it's Bavarian, it's not heavy and exclusively hearty. Colorful salads and vegetarian dishes are just as much a part of it for us. The menu has its classics, which are indispensable. Our Schnitzelreindl has achieved cult status and gives you the opportunity to try all our schnitzel specialties. This also includes the legendary Cordon Bleu Prinzregent, which we make a little differently to everyone else. It's best to find out for yourself what we mean.

For all early birds, breakfast is served from 07:00 and there is something for all guests. We also stick to the region and the Bavarian Oberland for breakfast. Cheese from Tegernsee and sausage from Chiemgau.
Hay milk yoghurt for muesli lovers and honey from the hard-working bees of Genuß-Imkerei from Straßlach. Freshly baked pretzels and rolls as well as our croissants, which are particularly popular. To be honest, they are Italian-style, but you have to admit without envy that our neighbors are very good at it and simply enjoy them.

Our chef calls for lunch at 11:30 am. Just in time for the Weißwürst!
According to old Bavarian tradition, these veal sausages must never hear the 12 o'clock bell from the church tower, so you better eat fast. Then as now, the saying is a guarantee of freshness. And please don't forget the 3-2-1 rule: 3 Weißwürst, 2 pretzels, 1 wheat beer.
And lots of sweet mustard! The perfect snack is ready.

Of course, there's much more than veal sausages for lunch. You can choose exactly what you fancy from the large restaurant menu.

It's best to reserve a table today. Sometimes demand exceeds our capacity and a room in the hotel does not automatically include a table in our restaurant. You can also contact our reception at any time to reserve a table at the BIERMANN.

And if you only want a smaller portion, we are happy to do that. Enjoy a relaxed lunch break on our terrace or in our parlor with your family or business partners.

Lunch breaks often take different forms. Sometimes you have more time, sometimes less. You set the pace and provide the appropriate information and our service team will adjust the speed. It's as simple as that. But there should always be time for a freshly ground espresso. Then the impending lunchtime slump won't be able to harm you, and the best time of the day starts at 5 pm. The cozy (festive) evening. That's when we open our doors for dinner.

In addition to regionality and freshness, we also feel a strong connection to the season. Our down-to-earth Bavarian cuisine is complemented by dishes that reflect what nature has to offer. Asparagus, pumpkin, chanterelles or game meats such as venison or boar.
Our kitchen team turns many a classic into a young Bavarian dish that surprises and delights. Our authentic hosts and hostesses guarantee enjoyment without distraction. They live the service with self-confidence and are guaranteed to give you a wonderful evening. The whole thing can only be topped off with our own naturally cloudy Kellerbeer. Tip: preferably a pint from the traditional stone mug.
